the specifications in PDF format. Using E-mail allows the designer to make
"last minute" changes to the specifcation documents before final delivery.
SPEC•EDIT is a work-for-hire firm under the United States of America copyright laws and does not retain a proprietary interest in the documents created by SPEC•EDIT. After final payment is received by SPEC•EDIT, the design firm can obtain full copyright protection of the documents created by SPEC•EDIT or pass the copyright protection to the project owner, depending on the obligations set forth in the owner/architect contract.
